• Piccolo Voice Actor is a Tuna in New TV Advert

    A new TV advertisement has Dragon Ball Z voice actor for Piccolo entering a totally new role – a tuna.

    Toshio Furukawa, the Japanese voice actor for Piccolo, literally voices a tuna in the above advert for both Hagoromo Foods and Primaham.


    His opponent in the advert is a chicken voiced by Akira Kamiya, known for his work as Ryo Saeba in City Hunter. It’s the sea chicken versus the land chicken!

    The new advertisement was made to celebrate both company’s 88th anniversary, and their long-running battle between the two kinds of chicken.
