The official website for the Tamayomi anime has revealed the anime will begin broadcasting in April 2020.
Tamayomi (literally “Baseball Poem Recital”) is a manga by Mountain Pukuichi, starting in April 2016. The manga and anime’s premise (via Anime News Network) explains how Yomi Takeda was unable to do well in the junior inter-school baseball tournament due to no one being able to catch her “Magic Throw.”
Now finding her friend Tamaki Yamazaki once again, she hopes to win the high school inter-school baseball tournament with friends new and old.

Finally, Crunchy Roll reports the main voice cast also filmed a short live action movie for the anime. The “clip” is expected to broadcast around the time of the shows premiere. We imagine this is most likely to act as an advertisement for the anime.
Tamayomi premieres April 2020 in Japan on ABC TV, AT-X, KBC Kyushu Asahi Broadcasting, Me-Tele, and TOKYO MX.
