Seminal virtual YouTuber Kizuna AI has announced she will be hosting a US virtual tour, themed on locations on Los Angeles and New York.

While the event is described as being set in Los Angeles and New York, the tickets on the Moment House website note that they are “themes.” This is no doubt due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, while keeping the feel of a tour. Those outside the US will still be able to watch the tour.


The tour will e an online DJ event, specifically “CONTACT YOU presented by DJ Kizuna AI.” The first day will be live “from” LA (April 24th at 8:00 p.m. PT), and will feature guests TeddyLoid, and VShojo virtual Youtuber Nyanners. Unannounced guests will appear at the New York show (May 29th at 9:00 p.m. ET).

While both shows are $16.50 USD (with a $7.50 USD “Afterparty Upgrade”), there is also a free Extra Events live on Twitch (March 27th at 11:00 p.m ET, and May 15th at 9:00 p.m. ET).

Kizuna AI began her career in December 2016, being the world’s first virtual YouTuber, and kickstarting the virtual YouTuber craze which exploded in 2020. While intitially focusing on playing video games, she also began singing covers and original songs in 2018.

She has collaborated with W&W, Yasutaka Nataka, and appeared at Porter Robinson’s Secret Sky Music Festival. Kizuna AI has held online concerts before; with her “Hello, World 2020” in January 2021 becoming number 1 trending on Twitter and saw over 100,000 viewers.

Kizuna AI’s original voice actress is also acting as an advisor for Kizuna AI Co., Ltd; a production management company formed in April 2020 handling her future appearances, collaborations, and major works.

She also recently got a costume based on her in Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, and is hosting a tournament with over 40 virtual YouTubers and herself.
