The TV anime Girlfriend, Girlfriend premiered on July 2nd as part of the Summer 2021 anime season.
Girlfriend, Girlfriend is a story that follows Naoya Mukai, a teenage boy who finally got together with his childhood friend Saki Saki. Soon after, he receives a confession from Nagisa Minase and is struck with indecision.
Fortunately, he has a solution and that’s to date both at the same time. Unfortunately for Saki, Nagisa is on board with the idea making her seem like the bad guy unless she acquiesces to Naoya and Nagisa.
Thus, a three way relationship begins with Naoya and his two girlfriends.
