GKIDS have released the first full English dub trailer for CG anime movie Lupin III: The First, along with a western premiere date.

As previously reported GKIDS announced the major English dub cast for Lupin III: The First (also known as Lupin the 3rd: The First). This includes many reprising their roles from past Lupin English dubs.


These include Tony Oliver (Lupin III), Richard Epcar (Daisuke Jigen), Lex Lang (Goemon Ishikawa), Michelle Ruff (Fujiko Mine), and Doug Erholtz (Koichi Zenigata). Other voice actors and actresses include Laurie C. Hymes, J. David Brimmer, and Paul Guyet.

The film originally launched in Japan in December 2019. A western release date was finally announced with the new trailer; October 18th in select cinemas, and digital download-to-own in December.

The plot sees the titular Arsène Lupin III attempting to find and solve the mysteries of the Bresson Diary- an ancient device linked to his grandfather. However, Lupin must race against forces hoping to use its secrets to revive the Third Reich.
