Overlord Voice Actress Yumi Hara Got Married

Voice actress Yumi Hara has announced she got married.

Her newlywed husband is an office worker with no connection to the entertainment industry. Hara noted she has a small social circle, so her parents were worried she’d find the right guy someday.

“I was the kind of person that has a small number of connections, but I was happy to get married safely,” she said. “I will do my best to support each other and build a friendly family that is always laughing!”

She added, “and I would like to do my best without changing my work.”

Hara is known from notable roles including Lilith Asami from Trinity Seven, Takane Shijou from The [email protected], Yuuko Kanoe from Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk Maiden of Amnesia), and Albedo from Overlord.

Time for entitled otaku to start destroying their waifu collections in protest of her lack of purity.

[email protected] fans are actually quite understanding and support them even when they get married. A number of the 765AS are married and have kids.

I’d expect Overlord fans to complain since her husband isn’t Ainz’s VA, though

That’s good, but I was referring to the Love Live! fans after they (erroneously) believed Honoka’s VA was in a porno.

Well I have to admit I forgotten that yukiho original seiyuu got the same treatment and scamco replaced her. She was an AV actress before that but still didn’t make it right.

It’s one of my primary criticisms of otakus in Japan, this particular problem.
