Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle Anime Crew and Aurora VA Announced

Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle

The staff and one voice actress for the Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle anime have been announced.

Announced back in September 2019, Kagiji Kumanomata’s 2016 comedy manga was announced to be adapted into an anime.

The series sees a young princess captured by a Demon King and his army, only for the princess’ antics to cause havoc in the castle- whether she is demanding to still be treated like royalty, or just trying to get a good night’s sleep.

Now the official website (via Comic Natalie and My Anime List) has listed the staff. These include Director Mitsue Yamazaki (Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun), with animation by Doga Kobo (The Helpful Fox Senko-san).

Series Composition will be handled by Yoshiko Nakamura, and Character Design by Ai Kikuchi (New Game!). Yamazaki, Kikuchi, and Doga Kobo all also worked on How Heavy Are the Dumbbells You Lift?.

In addition, the titular sleepy princess- Aurora Suya Rhys Kaymin- will be voiced by Inori Minase (Hestia in Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, Rem in Re: Zero, and Tapris Sugarbell Chisaki in Gabriel DropOut).

Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle premieres 2020.
