An anime adaptation of The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady has been officially announced.
Combining two archetypes of the genre, this upcoming isekai series also includes the typical otome trope of a spurned villainess. But rather than succumb to despair and condemnation, the “villainess” Euphyllia Magenta is rescued by the reincarnated princess to be her magical guinea pig.
Whether because she’s a reincarnated person, or just some other problem, Anne-Sophia (Anisphia in the official translation) von Palletia is unable to use traditional magic. However her talent for science and engineering from her past life has led her to develop “Magicology” which uses magical stones instead of spirits.
At the time of writing, a specific release date has yet to be announced beyond sometime in 2023.
