• Yostar Pictures First Original Anime Sorairo Utility Premieres December 31

    Yostar Pictures has announced that their first original anime series Sorairo Utility will premiere on December 31st.

    Yostar Pictures is a young animation company founded in 2020. They’re largely known for assisting larger studios with background work or key animation for individual scenes. Previous titles they have worked on include Moriarty the Patriot as key animators, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train as background artists, and as the animation studio for the Arknights anime series.


    Sorairo Utility represents Yostar Picture’s first original work with no basis in manga or any other multimedia franchise.

    Not much is known about the series at the time of publishing outside of the series being about girls playing golf.
